Shipping Policy

Processing Time All orders are processed within 5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) after payment is confirmed.

Estimated Delivery Time (after processing):

• United States: 7–15 business days
• Other countries: 10–25 business days

Total Estimated Time from Order to Delivery: Processing (5 days) + Shipping (7–25 days) = 12–30 days total

Please Note: Once your package leaves our facility, delivery time is controlled by the carrier and may vary due to customs or local postal delays.

Lost Packages: If your tracking shows "delivered" but you didn't receive it, please check with neighbors and your local post office first. If still not found, email us within 7 days of the "delivered" status.

Customs & Import Taxes: International buyers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes in their country.
